1. Shipping Locations / 配送范围
We currently deliver within West Malaysia only 🇲🇾
(Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery to East Malaysia — Sabah, Sarawak, or Labuan — at this stage.)
我们目前仅提供配送至 马来西亚西部地区(西马) 🇲🇾
(暂时 不提供寄送至东马地区:沙巴、砂拉越及纳闽。)
If you are from East Malaysia and would like to make a bulk or special order, please contact us to check if delivery can be arranged.
若您来自东马地区并希望批量订购,请与我们联系以确认能否特别安排。
2. Processing Time / 订单处理时间
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
付款确认后,我们会在 2–3 个工作日内 处理订单。
During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
在节假日或促销高峰期,处理时间可能会略有延迟。
3. Shipping Time / 运输时间
Estimated delivery time for West Malaysia: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
寄往 西马地区 的预计送达时间为:发货后 7–14 个工作日。
Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and courier schedules.
送达时间可能因清关或物流安排而有所不同。
4. Shipping Fees / 运费说明
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
运费将根据 包裹重量与目的地 在结账时自动计算。
The total fee will be displayed before payment confirmation.
确切运费会在付款前清楚显示。
5. Tracking Your Order / 包裹追踪
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier link.
包裹发货后,我们将电邮通知您,并提供 追踪号码 及物流链接。
You can track your parcel’s status anytime online.
您可随时在线查询包裹运送状态。
6. Customs and Import Duties / 海关与进口税
All shipments are sent from Australia to Malaysia.
所有包裹均由澳大利亚寄出。
Customs duties or taxes (if any) are determined by Malaysian customs and must be paid by the customer.
如马来西亚海关征收关税或税费,需由顾客承担。
RooRoo Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
因海关检查导致的延误,RooRoo Mart 恕不负责。
7. Delivery Issues / 配送问题
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
若包裹在运输途中延迟、遗失或损坏,请在预计送达日期后 7 天内 与我们联系。
We’ll work with the courier to investigate and provide an update or solution as soon as possible.
我们会与快递公司联系调查,并尽快为您提供解决方案。
8. Incorrect Address / 地址错误
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
请在结账前仔细核对您的收货地址。
If the address provided is incorrect and the parcel is returned, the customer may need to cover re-delivery costs.
若因地址错误导致包裹退回,重新寄送的运费将由顾客承担。
